#1 In this jazz chords course, there are NO Progressions or SONGS to memorize.
This is because we are teaching a technique, a system that you can apply to YOUR music. We want you to open YOUR music or choose your song to apply this technique when taking our course. The result is your own personal creation. Therefore, what is created is guaranteed to work on YOUR MUSIC! Your creation will be a version of YOUR song that has NEVER been heard before. When people hear you play, they will be asking, “hey, can I get that, what are those chords.”
#2 No two people will come up with the same result for a song by using our system.
The resulting jazz chords created by using our system will truly be unique. There are an infinite number of possibilities. The system is not fixed and rigid, there are always many choices available at each point in your song.
#3 Never play a song the same way twice.
In fact, there are so many possibilities; never play a song the same way twice by using our dynamic system. Sound just like a pro! This is because there is no MEMORIZING SONGS with this system. Our simple Play by Number System will allow you to change it up, as you play so that there is always a surprise in your music and so that you don’t sound boring by memorizing the song and playing it the same old way every single time.
#4 Easily write your own music and progressions from scratch in minutes.
Easily string together beautiful jazz chord changes and progressions in minutes. The jazz voicings and chords in this course have been computer engineered and modeled. This means it’s impossible to make a mistake when choosing our jazz chords. Our phat gospel chords fit together like kids LEGO Building blocks. Any chord can follow any other chord, and it will sound correct. In fact, the engineering on how we created this system is Patent Pending in the United States Patent Office.
#5 Beginners and experienced players get results in days.
Everything in our course is based on numbers. All you need to be able to do is count to 21. Experience music theory that we are going to make seem easy. We are going to talk about consonance, dissonance and resolution, gospel passing chords, creating progressions and advanced harmonization techniques.
#6 We focus on the most advanced voicings in this course and make it simple. The other guys talk about the simple major, minor, 7th and diminished chords, We will have you immediately playing the advanced voicings, the 13th, the 6,9 b5 , the 7#9, the b9b5, the #9#5, the 11th, the 9sus, etc. Yes, all the phat gospel chord voicings that are going to turn heads.

The Adventures in Harmony Music Course is very different than any other course. In fact, this course was created out of frustration from what we found in other available courses. Our format is very different than what you may have experienced in other courses.

All the other courses come in one of the following two basic formats:

    • The first format is where the camera is simply pointed at the keyboard while someone plays.
    1. They expect you to catch or figure out what they are doing just from you watching them play. You may or may not get some explanation of what they are doing while they are playing, but many times its never enough and it’s too fast. So you find yourself trying to slow motion the video, repeating little 10 second sections many times so you can figure out what’s happening. This is very aggravating, frustrations and VERY TIME CONSUMING.
      1. When finished, you really haven’t learned anything. The only thing learned is how to repeat what you just saw. You just completed an exercise in memorization. That's NOT Instruction
      2. What you just memorized is probably not going to fit with what you are playing. In many cases it’s not going to work with YOUR MUSIC. It works only with what they just played. You go and try to use it on your song or music and it doesn’t fit. Now how frustrating is that?? Yeah you may have just memorized a few cool things, but it does NO GOOD if you can’t use it with YOUR MUSIC.
    • The second format is where they play a song and they call out the chords and changes note by note.
      • In this case you really learned nothing except you MEMORIZED another song. Another wasted exercise in memorization.
        • Why play a song exactly the way somebody else played it? Be an individual and have your own version of how the song is played. That’s essentially what they have; they have their own version that you are now copying…..Now wouldn’t you rather know how THEY created the version that they are playing… but sorry to say, that’s information you are not going to get.
        • By them calling out the individual notes to the chords now means you are also stuck in that key. Now you are stuck with the task of transposing it if you want to use it in a different key. Uggh. In the Adventures in Harmony Course, there are no songs, progressions, or chord movements to memorize. This is because we have a system that you will be applying to your own music. You will be creating the chord changes from scratch to play in YOUR song, NOT a song that we picked. So, when you are done, you have a unique creation with phat chord changes that YOU created. You will then have YOUR OWN version of YOUR song with chord changes that have NEVER been heard before. Now people will be coming to YOU and asking "Hey, what were those changes, can I get that?." We do everything by number so that it is not tied to any particular key. You can immediately use the system and chords in any key.
        • Unless you have a photographic memory, whatever is seen on the DVD isgoing to have to be written down. Again, here we go with starting and stopping the DVD player, and replaying sections while trying to write it all down. In the Adventures in Harmony Course, everything is already in writing, it’s over 300 pages of material
